Skinny legs!

I'm 12 years old and want skinnier legs. I'm embarassed to wear bathing suits sometimes even. is there any way that I could get skinny and toned legs in a couple of weeks while staying healthy?

Well try running hills it makes you faster and you will burn some of it off. Maybe try to stay away from junk food and stuff take lots of power drikes to.

ok I cudnt funmal you for some reason so here goes:

haha wow just the subject made me sound like someone on an info-mercial! lol ok so this is what I do...

1. go for a brisk walk in the morning (it doesnt have to be jogging or anythign just a power walk and you can do it when you wake up :]) I do mine for 30 min but you cud switch urs to 45 or 20 or w.e

2. if you have pool excess this is a good one. grab a pool noodle or little boggie board and grab it with your hands than stretch out your arms all the way and kick ith your legs, do multiple laps and you shud feel the burn! lol

3. climbing hills works great !:] or even stationary hills inside get into a push up position but bend one leg up with the other still straight, kinda like what you see the people getting ready for a big race doing. than alterbate legs in a consistant rytham.

4. going for a bike ride each day is amazing fun excersise go with a sibling or grab some music and just ride for bout an hour or something it works your legs great.

those are probably the funnest ones but than again you have the boring usual legs lifts, leg squats, kicks and etc.

---this is going to burn calories and build muscle in your legs but it is also important to stay on a healthy diet too! like no chips or any thing (my weakness lol) when I get the craving for somehting salty like chips I grab WHEAT THINS they are healthier for you and are a great source of whole grain :] yum!

I do not know what to tell you. I'm a 5'11 160 pound male that (when I'm wearing pants) I look sick or anorexic. When I wear shorts or swim trunks, people stare because Im so dis-proportionate. I have 17 INCH CALFS! I have tried EVERYTHING, (besides liposuction) to look at least somewhat normal. I have stuck to every diet and exercise program known to man over the past 15 years, and they just keep getting bigger. no matter how much or little I do. I hope your not like me, sometimes the body REFUSES to get rid of fat and there is NOTHING you can do about it.
