Skin problem

Ok so I had a big cut on my arms back in december
Anyways it did heal and verything and it doesnt hurt anymore
But the problem is I have a tall red mark on arms
Any suggestion how to fade it the red in my arm?

Cocoa butter helps. But it can't completely eliminate the problem.

Also Id recommend Neosporin.
There are many different kinds of Neosporin,so make sure you get the kind for scars.
It works miracle,I promise.
