Some skin is very sensitve to sun - I am fair skinned and certain patches of my skin go red and itchy, and a bit lumpy, under the sun. It's not skin cancer but it is a sign that my skin, and probably yours, is extra-sensitive to the sun and that we have to be careful. My mother did have two little melanomas on her skin which had to be removed, so obviously I do come from a family that needs to take care. I try to put a lot of sun cream/sun block on those areas, and I do find that they get better as the summer goes on - it's the first summer sun that really gets them going. So I suggest you do go to a doctor or a pharmacist, show them the blotches, and get proper medical advice.
