Balance and position are key. One foot resting the ball of your foot on the bottom corner of the board and the other foot perpendicular across the board slightly above the middle of the trucks. Roll your weight back to do a wheelie hard enough to slap the tail down, hop rear foot on the return and use front foot to help lift the board as your feet leave the air. Practice first using your good foot to slap the board's tail down while you are off the board before putting it all together to get a feel of how the board springs into the air.
If you want to learn how to ollie I will explain. First, you put one foot at the tail then one in the middle you snap the board from the tail and let the board go up. try to ollie while not moving first.if you do get the ollie try to bend your nees to get higher
If you really get serious go to Sports school.com it wil teach you the ollie more thurely it will also teach you other tricks
