Could she be a size 0?

my friend is 16 and she says that she would be a size zero in america is this true if she is only 16!

Yes it very much possible everyone is built different my sister is 15 and a sixe zero she'll mostly stay around that size too.

yer but I think when your still a child your still in child sizes you can only be an adult to be a szie zero surely
