Well, you have to understand these kind of things take time. And since you are only 13, you shouldn't push yourself too hard.
There's this short abb program I've been doing and I feel like it is working. I think it would work for you cause it's only a 7 minute a day workout. It's on Comcast On Demand. So if you don't have that I wouldn't know how else to describe the motions.
But, overall find something that pushes you, but not too much. And do it every day.
