but technically, I am getting (or am to most of the people on here) old!
5 years uni based doing the medicine degree and then 5 years (approx) as a junior. but when I qualigy from nursing, which won't be long now, I'll be able to do therapy and councilling (which I have always loved!). but the starting salary for a grade e nurse (what you qualify at) is on 20,000 GBP. whereas medicine, when you have done your 5 years degree you start you junior post at £40,000 - more than what the matrons I work with earn?...
I have the knowledge and dedication. but do I have the time??? pooo
thank you for such a lovely reply by the way!

Should I quit nursing for medical school?
This is my first question, so please be nice!
