You know what sweetie.. if you feel like you're not comfortable.. ask yourself why? and work on it.. You are 5'8" I'm 5'6" I weigh 150 and I'm not overweight. But I do feel uncomfortable. Now I know I'm "healthy" But I want to "feel" healthy. The only real way.. is cut your calorie intake and start working out.. Count calories. It works.. I have had three babies.. and at my height in weight I was 200... at my best 125.. You just have to stick with it... and try to do it the healthy way. It sucks but women take longer to loose weight than men because of muscle mass. Muscle, Actual Muscle burn calories.. the more you have the more calories you'll burn naturally.. but that's not all there is to it. You have to get your metabolism up and going.. and to do that you have to cut out all "unnatural" foods.. like bleached flour,. processed sugar, etc.. it's hard.. but worth it!! just check contents of everything you eat everytime you eat.,.. you'll get used to it. And you have to eat every three hours.. a banana, carrots, granola bar, something healthy... again it sucks.. but its so worth it when you get yourself in those size 7 jeans again!!
People always lie to your face but I don't think you're skinny at all. I think you're very pretty but I think you do need to lose weight. Big-boned only gives you MAYBE 10lbs extra not 40lbs extra. I think you should lose about 35-45lbs by just exercising because you have a great build and a pretty face. Do cardio and stretching on a daily basis and maybe a little strength training because muscle will burn fat for you.



Should I lose weight and how?
Ok, So people at school say I'm not fat. I say different. I'm 5'8, big boned, and weigh 185.
I can't seem to loose weight though. Should I? How much should I weigh at 5'8?
