as far as the "having to be in a relationship thing" no. I was holding hands and kissing my boyfriend a month or two before we started "going out" but, if she told you that she'd rather just have a friendship, you should stick to it. especially because with time, she could grow to like you, but not if you break her trust this early on.
we are still dating though. Even after she brought this up...do you think I could go ahead and give her flowers next time? or would this be bad idea too?
if you get her flowers it shows her early on that you care. it's definetely not too fast. it's really sweet though to give them to her at school or something where everybody can see. I've had a guy send them to me even though he went to my school. it was really sweet because then I got out of class and I got to wait in agony to hug him after class for them. haha. but yeah, it's a GREAT idea

Can we hold hands if we're not dating?
I have been dating for 3 months now and I have already told her how I felt about her. She told me she likes me but at this point she can only offer me friendship and not ready for relationship. So we both agree to take things slow. My question is, if we...
go out and in public should I hold her hands? or is it wrong? Do you have to be boyfriend/girlfriend first in a relationship before you could hold hands?
Ps. We have kissed before, that happened when we were kinda drunk though, not sure if that counts. but after that day we do hug.
