You probably shouldn't contact her. If the woman wants to be left alone, respect that. You must be a very good person to care this much about your ex, but you really should leave her. However, if you feel that her life is in danger in some way, that's the only reason you should contact her. Make it clear that you're just trying to help and you really do care about her.
