Should I cancel meeting my friends because it's too hot?

Its realy hot today here..I tell my frens that I will be meeting them around 12 in the afternoon,..,thats a couple of hours to go..but the weather is sooo hot and I kinda feel very sleepy at this time of day..I cant even think straight due to this hotness..should I cancel it?

if your friends will get mad no but if they wont then cancel

well it is up to you. whenever I fell like that I stay inside with the fan on high because if I get over heated I end up in the hospital.
