How can I shorten my period?

I started my period today and I hatr having it at school. Im going Monday(duh) and I want to know what I can do to make my period as short as possible...

Nothing short of taking a form of hormonal contraceptive will make it shorter...

the contraceptive pill can make it shorter, lighter flow and even stop it for a bit
but youll need to tralk to your mum about it
as the contraceptive pill also comes with side affects, some of wich are seriouse
there are different types of contraceptive pills, some help with preventing pregnancy
some dont and only help with things like acne or periods
so speak to your mum and also a doctor
other than that theres nothing
no exerscise or food will make it stop or make it shorter
