hmm, one easy thing to do is strech in large amounts then take a break for about and 1 and a 1/2 then just walk the rest of the day. Do this for about a week.
1. Sit Down
2. Spread your legs so you form a "V" in front of you.
3. Use both you hands to try to touch your toes.
4. Do this for about 15 minutes.
5. Don't hesitate to take a break if you get tierd.
