Shopping spree

This summer, my dad payed me $100 a week to tutor my little brother. Now I want to blow some serious money (lol, I'll still save some) on some stuff for school, like clothes, shoes, a new cell phone maybe... Anyway, I need some help. What stores can go...

to to get some really nice stuff, (including jewelry, shoes, perfume, blah, blah, blah)? What should I buy? What kind of phone is perfect for a high-schooler? Any other electronics that I should get? Any tips or any comments at all would be great!

some fav's are:
AE
A&F
charollote russe
wet seal
macys.

for jewelry you can go to icing or claires, and they have everything to match anything.
shoes- macy's have the best dressier ones, like heels and stuff..
(I got really cute coach slip on's there yesterday)
and charollote russe's are cute as well.
perfume- victorias secret.
I wear supermodel, love it...

and I have a blackjack 2, I love it.
and I had a palm treo- I loved it tooo
