Shoplifting

My friend used to steal from a couple of stores but she got caught once and ever since then she never stole again and isnt planning on it, its been 4 months and hasent been back to that mall since but now she wants to know that if she goes back to the...

mall can she still get caught from past things shes stole, and if she dosent go into the stores se store from can she still get caught? Please respond =[

Yes she can get caught but not because she did it before. I use to shop lift all the time untill I got caught.. its not worth it I had to spend ten days in jail. Tell her to stop before she gets caught

I'm sure that if she's NOT going to the mall to steal from there, then there's no reason to worry about getting caught, I've got caught ONCE for shoplifting in the past as well & never did it again, and I do continue to go to the SAME stores which I had stolen from. Unless the people are actually "looking" for you for past shoplifting, then there is no reason to worry about it.

Your friend must be pretty dexterous at shoplifting... A friend of mine shoplifted only ONCE and she got caught. Her penality was to waste time in jail. I suggest your friend to not go to that mall again. You never know... she might get caught again. :O

If she was cought on tape they wont wait for her to go bk they will issue a warrant and go to her house, but for situations like that if she hasnt gotten in trouble for it im sure shes in the clear, however, she can get arrested for trespassing if she returns to the mall. When you get caught stealing you are banned for life from that place. I think she can return eventually but I think now is too soon because she might be recognized

Hahahahaha if she's underage, I say go do it. You get away with so much as a minor.
