How can I stop my cat from shedding so much?

My cat sheds like crazy!!! To the point it is disgusting and I have to lint roll everything everyday. Even if I brush her, 5 min later she's shedding again. What can I do??

dear britty1487,

cats shed a lot and you can not prevent this but if it is really bad you should in form your local vet about this happening but make sure that you tell your vet how much your cat was sheding and if it was not normal.
