What do I say to a friend who wishes she was dead?

Ok, so on friday two of my frnds had a really big fight and they both said at different times that they wish they were dead. One of my frnds in particular im worried about because she always gets stressed and said that she gets that stressed she has even...

thought of taking her own life..after she said that I was really worried and almost cried. I know on monday she might seem a little better and she might be frnds with my other frnd again but she might still be thinking of hurting herself and maybe even dying. PLEASE help me I want to be supportive to her but I just dont know what to say.

go to the suicide help line and talk to a trained professional..ASAP!
