You need to use a good shaving gel like bikini zone.
The red dots are razor burn, you skin being irritated and getting little cuts from the razor.

Try bikini zone's shaving gel and after shave.

You probably have realy sensitive skin so go into a shop and look for nair , I wouldn't recomend veet because its not that good for sensitive skin types and dont ever use hair removal CREAm for your pubez because it can be realy painful , recently I used veet hair removal cream on my legs and I got scars from it because it acidicly ate my skin awaay. So try NAIR its realy god for sensitive skin types and look for a haver/shaving gel/wax etc. that says on the packaging sensitive skin or easily irritated skin.

I hope I've helped

I get that too. if you use nair tho it burns really bad I don't know it's weird. um...I reccomend using hair conditioner for that(and your legs, trust me) and remember to shave down. afterwords take baby powder and rub it into the part...um...well...the part...u know what I'm tlkn bout and put a really good lotion on da top part thats just like...skin. k?
