Shaving, good or bad for acne?

Asked by youbetx 7 months ago, 4 answers.

So if you shave, is it better for acne or will it just make it worse? Because I think it might make the surface cleaner, but then it could be taking away nutrients that your body needs, like sweat when you work out. What do you think?

I don't think shaving is good. Why bother spending your money on a razor and the soap or cleaner. It is going to grow right back and then the cycle starts all over. You are right about the nutrients. Our bodies were made to have them, not destory !

Arnold Swartznegger shaves and he is very healthy. Take vitamins - or don't shave and keep your beard/moustasche looking neat and groomed. You might want to go on webmd and see if they have any information on shaving and acne or call a dermatologist.
