all depends what the guy likes...
use lots of siliva, avoid scaping the teeth, pay attention to his head, and lots of licking and suckin hard

I would say the most important thing is enthusiasm then suction. Don't forget to use your hands and make sure they're soft and warm. Don't forget the testicles and the underpart of the shaft is very sensitive.
