of course it is, you cant control totally control how you feel about someone, even if he is like your brother. There is nothing wrong with liking him like that. Just be confident in your feelings.

yeah, as long as it doesnt interfere with your relationship. Talk to him about it, let him know how you feel.. and make sure you let him know you want your friendship to remain the same no matter what!
