Walking away from the problem is sometimes easier, but in the long run it just gets worse.
First of all you have to find a moment to talk to her. There is never a right moment so don't go by that, but it does help if both of you are calm.
You might want to make a list to yourself so that you can let her know exactly your points of view of the times she has criticized you and how it makes you feel.
Keep it short. Let her give you feed back then address her feedback but think before you talk. Because, just like she has hurt you with her words, you want to refrain from doing the same. Put an end to it now you don't want to prolong it further.
I'm a mom and I like to hear when my kids have something to say good or bad.
Really of course the bad is sometimes hard to swallow, but oh well, have to deal with it. God bless, good luck.

My mom is always criticising my relationships
my mother is always critisizing me in everything I do and its killing me.what shall I do?
