What should a redheaded goth wear for makeup?

Yes you're right with wearing red lipsticks. Some shades of brown will look nice too. You don't say what shade of red your hair is, if it's a light, gingery red; thick black eyeliner and eyeshadows might look too overpowering. I'd use a greyish blue shade, the grey of it will look gothic and blue of it will go with your eyes. Maybe even use blue mascara to look a little different.
