Red splotches on my hands?

I have these weird red dots all over the bottems of my hands.
theyre ictchy and they hurt really bad,
they stick up a tiny bit but not that much,
and I've had them for at least 24 hours now.
what ar ethey and what can I do???
I have school...

tomorrow and theyre bothering me really really bad!
