Red bumps on vagina?

Ok I am 17 and I shave down there. But right above where your urine comes out, just the skin, there are these little red bumps. It kind of looks like acne, and it is underneath the skin where the hair comes out, I think it might be from shaving. It...

is very itchy, and I don't think it is dangerous. Does anyone know what it is? I have had sex and I do mas*erba*e, but I don't think it is that. Please help, thanks, Peace.

yeah, I believe that it's from the shaving as well because the same thing happens to me when I do it. I think the hair is starting to grow back though

yes it is just from shaving I have the same problem when I shave dont wrry bout it! even if you had sex and mas*erba*e it wont hurt that! so dont wrry as the hair grows back it will go away. also next time you shave out like cocoa butter or something down there where you shaved to prevent the bumps!

Yeah I think it's definitely from shaving because that happens to me whenever I shave. It gets all red and bumps are all over the place, and it itches like mad crazy. Once the hair grows back it will completely vanish. When I started waxing instead of shaving, I no longer got those bumps. But I heard you can put lotion on it or like paulettiehead said, cocoa butter.

It could maybe be ingrown hairs that have started growing under the skin and not over. Exfoliation would work just be sure to be EXTRA careful.
