Really screwed up!

I got some decent advice from you guys before so im trusting you with this problem

Heres the deal- a friend of mine has a problem- this guy she's totally crazy about this guy- it seemed that he was crazy about her to. He did all the really good things...

that a boyfriend should do- even before he asked her out. Then he finally did she thought he was only after sex- might have had something to do with the fact that he said that's important to him and then she heard from somewhere that he is just a player- even if there was no evidence pointing to this!

Thing is they still have been talking for the last few months but he has totally cooled off and doesnt always return calls or make plans to hang out unless she asks. She's finally admited that her fears messed things up and she wants to be with him- but she has no idea what he wants. He keeps saying how much she loves him (which she does) and how he cares about her and how much he wants to make love to her but doesnt really say where she stands with him. This is 5 months in the making so thats hardly surprising.

What's your advice?

It's obvious that either of them are ready to date...If they cannot sit and talk with each other about their expectations in this relationship then they surely aren't ready to date each other. Dating is all communication, and if it is uncomfortable to talk with someone it sure won't last dating them. Perhaps both of them need to grow a little before they date anyone.

like sue90 said the are obviously not ready to date.. they may not feel comfortable talking to eachother about there relationships and that is something very important that ever relationship needs. they should go seperate ways && be with someone they are 100% comfortable around.
