How to stop really chapped lips?

I've had this really bad problem with my chapped lips. (My mouth not the other place you pervs and im a guy) I've tried vaseline and chapstick and drinking lots of fluids but nothing works. Does anyone have any tips to help.

My lips got really chapped when the weather changed where I live. My lips were killing me for about a week- I bought Blistex Lip Medex... It helped me out a lot!

The new polysporn lipchap works AMAZING.
I've used all the ones that everyone else has mentioned, but this one tops them all. It moisturizes your lips instantly, I cant get enough of it.

softlips is a great one, but I've never had them bad enough for vaseline not to work. I have vaseline with aloe and vitamins in it, and it works amazingly.
