How can I get them to believe I've been raped?

what should you do if you have been getting raped for years and you keep on tellin people bout it and they believe u @ first but then your family keeps on tellin them that your lying,and the police have been involved?

Hidden camera capturing abuse is undeniable evidence.

Try telling a teacher or something. Go to the doctor and let them check it out. Then get the police invovled I'm sure who ever your doctor is will call them any ways.

You must go to children's protective services..that's what they are there for. You must do this now. I am very sorry that you have not be believed. By going and getting help for yourself you will no doubt help someone else who could be in the same situation you are in. Do it for yourself and do it for the others.

sorry to hear that they dont blieve you but I think you need to give a call to social services or child protection lines (whichever relates to you).. however I think that you need to convince your family that you are telling the truth, and if still they dont believe then I think that you should go to the police.

if you are still being abused, dont rid of he evidence such as clothing or have a shower or something like that because they can then run tests on you and use those items as evidence.. if you can try and get an audit recording when you think that your abuser will attempt again, such as a mobile phone recording etc. I hope I've helped in any way, please let me know if theres anything else I can do; and please consider and act upon the advice given to you by other users.

First of all congratulations for coming forward. That is a really hard thing to do. Sxual abuse and r-ape within the family is more common than most people think and many times it gets swept under the rug. I was r-aped and sxually abused from age 4 to age 19 by my step father along with my twin sister. Me and my sister reported it to the police 3 years ago. Obviously you don't have the support of your family or they just pretended to be at first until you got the police involved. Sounds to me that the person who has been raping you is a member of the family or a close friend of the family. If the police haven't found any evidence and you haven't taken a rape kit to prove otherwise, and you don't have the support of the family and no one believes you at this point your basically a discredited witness and victim and that case won't go no further than a one time court proceeding. If there is nothing else you feel you can do and the court finds this person not guilty, I would definitely leave your town and your family and start your new life elsewhere. When your family turns their back on you they aren't your real family.
