Ok I love a guy and I want to ask him out...what the hell do I do?

First of all-
You don't love him.Love takes two.And your not even with him.Maybe you like him,or your crushing on him,but you certainly don't love him.Love takes a while to grow.
Secondly,Just ask him out.Talk to him,find out where you stand with him.Does he like you too? Get to know him first,and then Find out if you sitll want to be with him.And just ask him out.
