They do A little bit.
I've found that the paint-on stuff works better.
Its kinda weird,it feels like your panting your teeth with white-out.
But they definitely make a difference.

I've never used strips but I have used the gel that you use with a blue light thing. That one worked really well.

yes they do but they are very bad for your teeth. if you really want white teeth just brush your teeth more.
