I have written a book with over 70 poems in and my next stage is to get it published, who and where do I go and does it cost?

Amazon.com offers self publishing options, so does cafepress.com and so do some other sites. What you'll want to do is review each of those & see what option in terms of price and service best fits with your goals.

I had good luck getting my childrens book published by -Publish America -
No cost to you.
The only problem is, they dont do any promotion, so that is up to you.
