Problems with www.citicards.com

Asked by materialguy about 1 year ago, 3 answers.

Okay, so I went to "http://www.citicards.com" and my browser froze in the middle of my payment. I called them and told them about it and they said they hadn't gotten it, so I repayed my citicard online one more time. In hindsight maybe I should have paid over...

the phone, but I was still charged twice and statement only has one transaction listed. It is only twenty bucks but is there any way to prove that I paid twice?

You should obtain a copy of your statement from your bank then mail it or fax it to citicard to show the two payments. I have a credit card from Citibank and their customer service is usually pretty decent about fixing issues.

Doubtful - not if you didn't get a confirmation number.

always check the view/edit scheduled payments link under the make a payment/pay creditcard online drop down menu. If any payment was sucessfully processed it will show up here immeadiately along with a confirmation number.

Note: this is different than the Online payment history link which only shows online payments after they ahve already processed.
