im 13 and I finger myself a bit but cant c*m because im not producing spemr and I havent had a wet dream yet. all my friends seem able to c*m tho and I older than some but not all. I have neva had sex

No, there's nothing wrong with you. Since you're only 13, you may not have even gone through puberty yet. Give yourself some time to develop sexually. You can't really compare yourself to your friends because everyone's different and some people develop faster than others. Its not a problem that you haven't had sex yet either, again, you're only 13. You have nothing to worry about, and I'm sure things will work out for you sometime soon. Hope this helps :-)
