Because "problem" makes a horrible quetion title, so, we change them to be accurate, and inform people of what the question is about.

It makes for a really, really confusing experience reading 15 questions titled help, problem, can you help, this stinks, etc, don't you think?

you can help make sure yours aren't edited by making sure it's descriptive, and specific.

Yes they're being re-worded to something that makes more sense since some people seem to doodle sometimes.
