Privacy on funmail?

Can the staff of the funadvice know or read the content of the mail on Funmail?

I think the administrators can read your funmail but they only do it when necessary like if someone reported another user because that user was saying nasty things through funmail.. then they check to see whos at fault.. stuff like that

Yes the staff can... that's the admin, the main ones who deal with that stuff being thedude, editor and lex_icon... the advisors cannot. And like tina said, they only do it if someone reported you or something like that...
