How to do press ups properly?

Does anybody no any website which teach people how to do press ups easily

Because my arms arent strong enough for me to be able to do it

Please help asap (:

Well, if you aren't strong enough to do them now, even proper technique won't help you do them. You need to start with less strenuous exercise and then build up the muscle to do "press ups" which in the states we call "push ups".

Yes, 'less strenuous exercises' would include 'half press-ups', where you push yourself up from the knees instead of from your feet. You still stretch out on the ground, but touch your knees to the ground and cross your ankles in the air. Begin with ten of these at a time, then a break, then two more sets of ten with a break inbetween again. As these get easier, you can experiment with doing full press-ups for one of those sets, gradually moving on to doing them all from the feet.
