Is this random vomiting pregnancy?

my friend thinks she is p/g. she was four days late on her period and only had it for
three days this month..
we were just up stairs and she threw up...
she feels fine..it was just so random

what was her period like? she can go get a test at the dollar store buy a couple and take one tonight or in the morning is the best and if it's NEG retake it in a week or so! When was the last time she had unprotected sex?

Take a pregnancy test! Tell her to take one now.

That is the only way to know or not.

Have her talk to someone she can trust who can help her get one from a local drugstore.
