Sex is a very emotional thing. At 14 there is no way you are ready to deal with it. Slow down and save the experience for when you are a lot older. I did not lose my virginity until I was 22 and I do not regret it at all. First off there are so many medical reasons to weight, Aids, Herpes, Pregnancy. Plus it is such an emotional thing that you don't need at this time in your life. Put your energy into something else. Go to the skate park or play some ball, be a kid for a lot longer. Being grown up is not that great.
