Could I be pregnant?

hi well I live in Chicago I had sex with my boyfriend on April 10 we use a condom but then he took it off..after that I had to visit my parents in California so I came out here and its may 23 and I been feeling really sleepy and I get cramps but only in the morning and my lower back hurts sumtimes and around my nipples it feels like it tickles and itches ...could I be pregnant???

Most likely. I felt sleepy all the time two. my lower back hurt. Everything. So I advise you to get a pregnancy test. I never did. once I missed my period I knew I was prego.
