Can someone help me with my weight. I want to tone up. im skinny. but I want to tone. What are soem pills or anything. I have tried everything

Don't use pills. You could try to join sports at your school. This could help you look stronger and stuff.

pills don't help you tone up, they help you loose weight.. if you want to build muscle then you have to do some strength training. you know, push-up, crunches, lifting weights...

Yea dont use pills . I was skinny too I just ate peanut butter a lot, raw eggs, milk, steak and broccoli. I also ran and lift weights

Stick to a 15 minute warm up of cardio, then move on to some aerobic exersises, the finish with 1 hour of cardio for a cool down,

pills dont work, I take sports medicine, but make sure not to repeat your exercises daily or else your body will get used to the exercises, causing you not to loose weight,

and follow up on a balanced diet of carbohydrates, lipids, startch, and polycarbonates

do exercise
cardio vascular activity
and crunches if you want to get a nice stomach :]
