Im naturaly a dirty blonde...should I dye it platinum blonde? What hair color looks hot on girls??

I have ash-blonde looking hair (girl) and I did actually once die it a lighter blonde, but the downside?
you get REGROWTH! and now im waiting for my hair to return to it's normal color!!
