This is part of an answer I wrote for someone last month. Hope it helps!
4 is small
5 is average
6 is perfect
7 is big
8 is enormous
9 is - forget it.
Just my experience. However, I've had a great 4 incher that was curved and hit all the right places, and I've also had a lousy 8 incher that came too fast and didnt know how to thrust, LOL.
You probably have big muscles on your legs and it creates the illusion of having a small pen*s. Size doesn't matter man, it's how you act during intercourse.
I can promise you... size doesnt really matter to most women. from my experience..if you know what to do and how to do it... your good.
Excerpt from http://www.sexinfo10...
The age-old question, 'Am I well hung?' Well, before going on to see where you stand, or should we say hang, remember that size isn't everything. Most women prefer a man with a less then average pen*s and great at cunnilingus, to a man with a larger pen*s and no skills. Furthermore, you should never worry about your size; it will only lead to anxieties and potentially a variety of sexual dysfunctions.
If you are racing forward to find out what the average pen*s size is to see if you are ok, stop. Read the first paragraph again. The purpose of this article is not so that men can come and see if they are 'big enough', it's purpose is to satisfy curiosity, and to reiterate to all the self conscious males out there that size is not everything.
One of the reasons that men are so self-conscious about this has to do with illusions. When men are in the locker room, they can't help but glance around the room to see how they measure up. Unfortunately, there is a very different angle looking down than across the room, so men become paranoid that they are too small. Also, a man's limp size has very little indication to his erect size. Furthermore, most men start getting paranoid about it before they have finished growing.
That being said (hopefully not ignored) pen*s size consists of two components, length and circumference. Although most studies in this area vary slightly in the findings, the average erect pen*s length is 5.5 to 6.5 inches, and the average circumference is 4.5 to 5 inches.
Pen*s Length
Your erection length is defined as the linear distance along the dorsal (top) side of the erect pen*s, from the mons veneris to the tip of the glans. In non-medical jargon, your pen*s is measured in a straight, or for some arced, line on the topside of the erect pen*s, from where your belly meets the shaft to the tip of your pen*s. Take multiple measurements over the course of a few days and then average the values. Since your erections can vary slightly depending on your level of arousal, mood, room temperature, and even the duration since your last sexual encounter, averaging out a few measurements will let you get a more accurate read.
Pen*s Circumference
Pen*s circumference is defined as the linear distance around the widest part of the erect pen*s. Whether you use a piece of string or a fabric ruler, you should wrap it around the widest part of your pen*s, one time. If using string, make sure it is not stretchy, and mark the string at the correct spot and then measure the portion with a ruler. As with pen*s length, this should be done over a few days and the result averaged out.

Haha everyone above is pretty much right, but I have to say I love 'pinkpearl's ' answer and totally agree.
And im sure your not that small. And it doesnt matter all that much anyways.
Its all about how you use it :]
Pcee.
You only need 3 inches to hit the G-spot!:-)
And everyone worry's about it.
I dont know why so many guys ar bothered about the size of their p*nis and to be honest it dosent really matter about size its how you move during sex you shouldnt be worried from my experience its not all big penises that matter to a girl.
As long as you know what you are doing it doesn't even matter if you have a 3 incher.
I'm stealing this, but changing it up.
4 is pretty small
5 is small
6 is OK
7 is good
8 is great
9 is great
I got lucky and married a man that is big, curved and knows what he's doing. It can depend on the woman and sometimes you'll never know until y'all get together and experience each other. I'm smaller and more 'fit' down there, so I'm not sure how the smaller sizes are for other women. I'd think that if they aren't good for me, then how can they be good for others. But, you never know where a lady is more sensitive. Don't worry about it. You should have a lady out there that is fit just for you.
what would be the average for someone hu is 13
when I was 13 I think I was around 4 or 5 inches but then again I hit puberty early so that could have an effect. Your pen*s doesn't stop growing til your about 25 so don't worry about it. Most women don't care about pen*s size especially if you're good at oral and exciting in bed.
Girth matters just as much if not more. Im only 5.5 inches long which is at the bottom end of average. Im also 5.5 inch round, perhaps a little more at the base. I've been told it feels really good when im right in and grind a lot, which is good because I love the feeling too
not at all, I'm 13, and I'm at 6 1/2, and girth is pretty thick
well I don't know why all you guys beast over your size it really doesnt mean anything if you have a big cok and dont no how to use it

Is anyone else worried about the size of their manhood?
Send me Fun Mail
Like most guys I am all hung up on the size of my manhood. I work out, stay fit, play sports and think my pecker is not proportionate to the rest of me!! I feel tiny most of the time. What is screwed is that I will be 18 before you know it and then I know I will not grow anymore! Yikes. Who is else is like me out there?
