Do you support partial birth abortion?? This is where the baby is partially born. Its head is only out and they stick sizers in the neck suck out the babies brain until its skull collapses!! Do you support that!!!

I'm sorry, it sounds cruel, but I'm not going to say I'm against it because I'm Pro-Choice.
I do however think that it's very irresponsible for the mother to wait so long to have the abortion (they only do those in the 6-7 month, and most doctors wont do it by the way), when they could have had it sooner.
I also dont think that a mother should have to bring a child into the world, if she does not want to. It's a cruel reality to see the way that they fetus's are brought out of the womb, but that's how it is, and that's how that has to be done.

I'm thankful my Mom didn't choose to authorize someone to stab me in the back of my neck till dead - she loved, cared, and respected a human life - if you can read this, you too were once an embryo - it is sooo much more than 'sounds cruel' !!

I'm not against it, but I wouldn't be against if it wasn't practiced either.

I feel that sense the patient is already giving birth, that they should put it up for adoption. But it's their choice, and the decision that they'll live with.

I do feel what should be taken into consideration is the difference of personalities amoung people, some might've put it off due to their own comfort. People are too readily jumping to "irresponsible" which I think is a bit broad of a generalization.

I am against it. I am pro-life. I cannot justify killing a person, even one who is unborn, just because I made a mistake or it may be born with some problems.
I have a picture on my profile that says "If its not a baby, you are not pregnant". I think that holds true. If there is not a person growing inside of you then you must not be pregnant.

"If its not a baby, you are not pregnant". I think that holds true. If there is not a person growing inside of you then you must not be pregnant."

Simple definitions makes this statement false.

Fetus: The unborn offspring from the end of the 8th week after conception (when the major structures have formed) until birth. Up until the eighth week, the developing offspring is called an embryo.

Baby: a very young child (birth to 1 year) who has not yet begun to walk or talk

Pregnant: is the carrying of one or more offspring, known as a fetus or embryo, inside the uterus of a female human. In a pregnancy

It's not a baby until it's born, before that it's a fetus growing inside of your body. When you are pregnant, you are growing a fetus, it's not a baby until it's actually born.

I have to agree with mandyloo. I wouldn't do it, I don't think it's the best choice, but it's not a choice I would want taken away from me by the government. I also think the mother's should be more responsible and not wait until the last minute to decide to terminate a pregnancy.

I'm against it.
I think THAT is killing an innocent baby.
if you want an abortion, get it before the baby's actually in the shape of a person. because that's ok. if you've been raped or something I wouldn't blame you, that baby would be a constant reminder about it. BUT. I don't think it's right to give life then take it away. if it comes that far and you've almost given birth, just put it up for adoption if you don't want it.

Amblessed, what you gives you that attitude to judge over other people's lives?

I'm pro-life, in short I think that life should be enjoyed. I care about the the enviorment, human beings, and animals. It does not extend to a women's life, and if she feel's she wants an abortion she has the right to.

Do you know how many possible humans are allowed by our reproductive cell's?

I agree with editior, but again I do not think it's fair to lump all people as irresponsible. But I think if an abortion is wanted that it should be done asap.

The partial abortions are done anywhere from 4-7 months. Yes they have come quite a ways, but they still have 5-2 months left to go. You dont know all the circumstances revolving around why they are getting one, or why they are getting one so late. So who are you to judge.

Good point mandyloo, a baby is only able to be kept alive at 6 months outside of the womb, I believe.

Exactly. Any earlier than that, and the chances of it living anyways, are very slim, like 5% out of a hundred.
