Simply a Rose to brighten your day,
And maybe lessen the cares in your way;
And also, too, to help you to know,
That in knowing you, many others grow!
panic attack
n.
The sudden onset of intense anxiety, characterized by feelings of intense fear and apprehension and accompanied by palpitations, shortness of breath, sweating, and trembling. Also called anxiety attack.
The question is what's causing it. Is there something going on in your life that is making you fearful or apprehensive? Maybe you could talk to someone about it and get it out into the open where the light of day might make it go away.
I think you did have a panic attack...I really don't know but if you felt that way maybe you should get checked...(^_^)
I have suffered from panic attacks
So I know how you feel.
Sounds like you are having panic attacks
Mine started all of a sudden in the classroom, mine was triggered by clostiphobia,
I started out feeling dizzy, my breathing became wheezy, short, heavy and fast, numbness in my hands and legs, shaking, nausea and last of all crying a lot.
Mine were very bad, I had them about 2 times a day for 3 days in a row, then they stopped. They start when you feel scared or in fear of something.
I have been dealing with panic attacks on and off for 10 years now. When they first started I wasin a classroom aaso as the person wrote. It was the day of my first highschool speech in front of the class. I broke out in a full cold sweat...I could feel my pulse and my heart beating so loudly my hands then began to sweat so bad they soaked throgh my papers, I seen dark circles and then lost my hearing for a couple minutes and fainted.
Since then I have learned to controll them a bit...I only get them a fewtimesa year, when I am really scared of something...I make sure I sit down as close to the floor as I can and controll my breathing...sometimes I still pass out, but I am kind of still conscious...meaning I am aware of everything that is happening and I can even hear the people around me...I just control my breathing until I can open my eyes again.
Its kind of funny wehn my fiance flips out everytime it happens...you can hear him bagging me to wake up...and everytime I do I mock hime and everything he had said to me while I was 'out' he thinks it is amazing that I can hear him. (NOT TOO MAKE LIGHT OF THE SITUATION)
