Pampas grass

The winters high winds blew off the fluffy white tips off my pampas grass,
Is it too late now to cut it down , so it;ll grow back..

I think you can safely cut it back, you'll get lots of new growth. It's a very hardy forgiving plant.

should be okay to cut it back. It is almost imposible to kill it. I have cut it all the way down to the ground and it just comes back thicker the next year
