I am 5'4 and weigh 126 am I under or over weight

It depends on your age. A baseline weight for you is 120. But many other factors "weigh" in for your weight such as bone structure and age.

I am 5'4" and I weigh about the same.

It depends on two major things: your height & body frame. ( it makes a big difference ).

There are a number of factors about this and height is only one of them.

Women who have a muscular build will weigh more than less muscular women,
but they tend to weigh more, even when they are the same size.

I always go by size, not the scale.

You are at normal weight. Your BMI is 21.6.
Normal Weight=18.5-24.9
Overweight=25-29.9
Obesity=BMI of 30 or greater
