Does an org**m hurt? because every time I rub my clit it kinda feels weird and it hurts.

An org**m is a good feeling - so, thats not what you are feeling. It shouldn't hurt when you rub your clit so I suggest you talking to your doctor.

An org@sm should never hurt. But you won't get one just by rubbing your clit a little while... it make take a bit.

It is normal for it to hurt if you are stressed out, clenching your muscles or being a little too rough with yourself. Just go slower and softer, there's nothing to worry about. Some clits are more sensitive than others.
