ok so im over weight but over the summer im going to fix that but I still haven't hit puberty and well when im around other naked guys I pop bonars so wats wrong?

If you're implying that you might be gay, I don't think so.
With males, erections can happen for no reason at all, other than from sexual stimulation.
It's completely normal unless it's like that 24/7.

Then you should see your family doctor.

well first of all you could gay(ask yourself do naked men make me happy) or your nervous when I'm nervous I get hard too but Im past puberty but it should still affect you.
