No emotion involved with sex?

How is it possible for people to have sex and have no emotion involved at all? Isnt the whole act supposed to be about intimacy and connection as opposed to physical satisfaction?!

Sounds like theres a bigger issue at play here- like people are just...

because sex means different things to different people
to some it means everything
to other it means nothing
some find it a big deal...and some dont

I mean any emotional attachment, an emotional - deeper connection rather than just saying I want it and having the physical pleasure but it doesnt really mean anything to them

in the area, and not emotionally attached to then
make the other go into a relationship with them???

there are many reasons, it just depends on the people in question,
there is also another answer: they get $$$ paid to have sex

when you have sex with sombody that you are in love with it means a lot
I dont get the point of shaggin somone you hardly no and then never seein them again

becus when you find someone that you do love there is nofin special left for them

sex is simply a physical act... we have been taught societally to tie in emotion to it, but at the end of the day it is simply a physical act... so it isnt that much of a stretch to be able to take out an emotions for the act...

there does not have to be any emotion involved in sex...its all physical...yes there are people who are raised to believe that sex and love go hand and hand but they dont...just think about it like this how many time have you seen someone really sexy and the first thing you sd to your self was "damn id f*ck the hell outta them"..u dont love that person do u...NO but from the way they look you would have sex with them...I also tell people to look at it like this...u can have sex with people you dont love just as easy as you can love people you dont have sex with

I see what you guys are all saying and respect your thoughts. Yes I agree that it possible to love someone without sex and people are sexually attracted to people without love- But I agree daisybella16. The simple act of sex with just about anyone you want to get physical with means that most people, I have met just don’t have the appreciation for it with someone who they might actually have a relationship with and they tend to mock what they call old ideals.

What does that person really have to offer to someone that they really love after that especially if they lead a very sexually active lifestyle? & that doesn’t even begin to take into account all the health risks involved!

Guys were just made differently than girls. They can have many sexual partners without getting emotionally attached, whereas girls tend to get very emotionally attached to whomever they have sex with.
