I have this feauture that I think is new it like
"ask xfashionfreakx for advice"
so I wanted to know does everyone
else have it too??? And why do I have it??

You can disable it in your profile. Its the "Ask me a question" feature... and its been there for a while.

Yup, you can turn it on or off on your "Edit my profile" page.

It's pretty cool, actually. People can ask you specifically something, and then it shows up in a special box on your profile.
